18-5-2021 Workshop IQ Updates
New updates were released 18-5-2021 into Workshop IQ, most of the updates are small and will go unnoticed, but there are two exciting updates that will help with everyday workflow.
1. Images are now enlarging, and customers will now receive a link with their booking reminder SMS which they automatically receive 24 hrs before their booking, this allows them to read our T & C’s and pre-authorise the job before getting to the store where they would otherwise use the physical signature pad.

3. Tech initials reflecting correctly (not all AK) in calendar
4. Don't allow updates on a job after it has been sent to POS
5. Further details such as name and vehicle description added to notifications
6. BSSC hint text fix
7. QA Tech checklist results are now updated on the job card operator screen
8. Load more products fix (stops it from repeating products)
9. Better colour contrast for Tech initial icon
10. Customer SMS Authorisation Link
