8x8 Mobile App (Android)


  1. Open the play store, search for and install 8x8 Work

  1. Open the app once installed, launch it and select Login

  1.  Enter the email address your okta account is set up with (8x8 uses okta for authentication)

  1. When you get to this screen, select “Login with Organization”

  1. You will be redirected to Okta to authenticate, log in with your normal Okta username & password.

  1. Once authenticated you will get a multitude of permissions prompts, you will need to accept all of them to be able to make and receive calls through the app.

    

    

  1. Once through all the permissions prompts, tap phone in the bar along the bottom, then the blue dial pad button and you can then make calls.
