Afterpay not taking payment


The Afterpay button in POS is just a renamed EFTPOS button and acts the same, if Afterpay is selected it triggers the EFTPOS machine to read the customer phone, just like normal EFTPOS. Non-integrated stores will use Offline Afterpay.


If the phone tap does not work, it will be a customer or Bank issue, NOT a system issue, 


  1. The customer has not set up their Afterpay wallet on their phone.
  2. The customer does not have enough credit to make the payment.
  3. The store terminal requires a bank setting to be enabled.
