Approving leave as a Manager in MyPay & Leave
- When your employee applies for leave, you will get an email notification come through to your Pedders email address. It will look like the below with the Employee’s Name (missing from this example), the dates & the type of leave.

- You can then click on the link that says, “Click here to access the Employee Portal”. This will then take you into MyPay & Leave (straight into it if logged into Okta, if not it will take you in via logging into Okta first) where you can approve or decline the leave.
- Once you’re in the system, you will see a section up the top in the middle that is labelled “My to do list”. This will have all pending leave from your Team in.
NOTE: There can be up to a 10-minute delay from an employee putting their leave in and having it appear in your To Do List & receiving the email notification.

- Simply click on the leave request and you will see the options to either Approve or Decline the request.

- The employee will then receive an email notification saying whether you have approved or decline the leave request.
