Attach an email to an email

1.       Create a new email.

2.       Address the email to so@defence.pedders.com.au

3.       In the Subject type in “Possible Phishing attack”

4.       Move your draft email to the side (preferably to another screen, this is to help drag and drop the item).

5.       From the main screen of Outlook select the suspected Phishing email.

6.       Drag the email across into the draft email you have just created.

7.       It should look like there is an attachment in the email now.

8.       Type in any relevant information such as, did you click on any of the links, were you contacted by anyone?

9.       Then select send.

10.   Once received, IT will start its investigation
