Capricorn File Upload Issue

Capricorn File Upload Issue

For Stores having issues sending through their Capricorn files via Caplink it seems that if you do not close the CSV file after saving it to the Capricorn folder, it is not picked up by Caplink.

The manual has now been amended to reflect that the file needs to be closed prior to upload.

To do so go to Reports in Caplink, go to Reports and then do a Previous Period report.

Always check the total for the month against your Pronto figures to make sure you sent through all invoices raised
