Clearing Web Browser Cache
Steps to get Fleet to reappear in SharePoint:
Google Chrome
- Open
Google Chrome
- Click on the 3 dots on top of each other on the
top right-hand side of the screen.
- On
the Drop-down menu select clear browsing data…
- Select
the down arrow next to Time Range.
- Select
the time range to be “All Time” and select Clear data
- Close
all open copies of Google Chrome by clicking on the X in the top right-hand
corner of your browser screen.
- Ensure
any other chrome sessions are also closed.
- Reopen
Chrome.
- Test
to see if the problem has been resolved.

Microsoft Edge
- Open
Microsoft Edge by clicking on the icon
- Select
the horizontal 3 dots on the top righthand side of the screen
- Select Setting
- On
the left-hand side of the screen a menu appears. Select Privacy, search, and
services.
- Scroll
down to Clear browsing data and select Choose what to clear.
- The
Clear browsing data dialogue box appears. Select the down arrow to change Time
range from Last hour to All time.
- Select
the Clear now.
- Close
all open Edge windows by clicking on the X in the top right-hand corner.
- Restart
the browser
- Test to see if the problem has been resolved.
