Clearing Web Browser Cache

Steps to get Fleet to reappear in SharePoint:


Google Chrome

  1. Open Google Chrome
  2. Click on the 3 dots on top of each other on the top right-hand side of the screen.
  3. On the Drop-down menu select clear browsing data…
  4. Select the down arrow next to Time Range.
  5. Select the time range to be “All Time” and select Clear data
  6. Close all open copies of Google Chrome by clicking on the X in the top right-hand corner of your browser screen.
  7. Ensure any other chrome sessions are also closed.
  8. Reopen Chrome.
  9. Test to see if the problem has been resolved.

Microsoft Edge

  1. Open Microsoft Edge by clicking on the icon
  2. Select the horizontal 3 dots on the top righthand side of the screen
  3. Select Setting
  4. On the left-hand side of the screen a menu appears. Select Privacy, search, and services.
  5. Scroll down to Clear browsing data and select Choose what to clear.
  6. The Clear browsing data dialogue box appears. Select the down arrow to change Time range from Last hour to All time.
  7. Select the Clear now.
  8. Close all open Edge windows by clicking on the X in the top right-hand corner.
  9. Restart the browser
  10. Test to see if the problem has been resolved.
