Fitting and Service Item Comments 

We have released today the functionality to enter comments into both the Fitting Lines and also the Service Item comment fields, these comments will now be visible in POS and show on the customers final invoice, however the character limit has been set at 60, this is in line with a sales order note line also being restricted to 60 characters, if you type more that 60 characters you will get a message advising so.

In Point of Sale, you will also see that the comment does not fully display in POS, I can assure you it is there but POS has a 30 character per line display rule, which hides the other 30, but it will show on the final customer invoice, we are working on this getting changed at the moment, and didn’t want to stop this update.
