Franchise Z Type Item Parts Pricing Procedure

This process is for setting and or the adjustment of Item Codes (Part numbers) that are Z Type items,  Z Type Items are predominately used for Labour and additional service charges, and can be maintained to reflect the stores own business costs and charges.

e.g., LABOUR, F, 4WA, WA, FWA, WORK, WORK1 etc, also including ZPZ Type tems.

1. In the XI Modules, go to Inventory > Prices Control > Item Price Maintenance 

2. Select Find, and enter the Z Type item code, (part number)

3. With the item now showing, select Correct from the top menu options, then tab or click to the far-right CF cost field, enter the cost including GST, (Only enter a cost if you are out sourcing a service being charged to you) ,continue to enter pricing as required in each AD, T5, T6, T7 continuing to the Rec Retail field,  and enter the cost including GST, Tab again to the RRP Incl Tax field, and enter the Recommended Retail Pricing, click OK, the system will now update, and the new pricing will be reflected in Workshop IQ and Point of Sale. 

For Labour and F items leave the RRP Including Tax Field at 0.00
