How to log in to OKTA
What is OKTA? OKTA is Pedders identity management platform.
What does this mean? It is a web browser based portal - web page - where we can provide YOU a tile for each Pedders business application that we want YOU to access. Example of these tiles include Pedders ME, Outlook email, this support Portal and many other future Pedders business systems.
Each Pedders employee has a unique OKTA account, and whilst today franchise staff share a common account in the future you will also have unique accounts. This is what OKTA login looks like when you access from a PC browser, obviously you each have your own login ID - don't try to use mine!
Pedders Employees with unique OKTA Accounts
Once you have signed in you will see a view similar to this - the specific tiles will be determined by which apps we have published to you (and you will not see the Admin button):
From here its as easy as clicking the tile you wish to access, supplying your username and password for that tile (if needed) and remembering to close the browser window when you are finished.
For Franchise Staff to log in to OKTA with a common account
Open up a web browser (Firefox) and go to pedders.okta.com.
Password: Bull v8
Once you have signed in you will see a view similar to this - the specific tiles will be determined by which apps we have published to you:
