How to log in to OKTA

What is OKTA

OKTA is a website available to all staff, which will provide you with access to various Pedders applications and catalogues. Applications are shown to you as tiles, and will either direct you to a website, or automatically attempt to log you into a Pedders app.

All staff have a unique OKTA username and login. If you are unsure of your OKTA login details or unable to log in, please have your manager submit a support ticket at https://support.pedders.com

How to access and login to OKTA

On any PC, tablet, or mobile phone, you can access the OKTA login page by typing in: https://pedders.okta.com into the address bar.



Alternatively your store PC has an OKTA browser plugin available, which can be used as a shortcut to access your apps or the OKTA homepage



Changing accounts if someone else is logged in

If OKTA is logged in as another user, you can sign out by clicking on the person's name on the top right corner and selecting "Sign out"


Once logged in as yourself, you will have access to various Pedders and third party applications in the form of tiles. These apps are assigned and made visible to you based on your role. If you believe you are missing an application you require please submit a support ticket, available via the Pedders Support Portal tile.


Setting up MFA

It is highly recommended that all users set up MFA (Multi Factor Authentication) to help secure their accounts and prevent others from accessing their sensitive logins by downloading and setting up the OKTA Verify mobile app on your personal device:
