How to Setup Office 365 Webmail

What is Webmail? Webmail is the web browser equivalent to the Outlook you already know.

It has relatively similar functionality to Outlook, however it is much more portable and accessible, 

as it doesn't require the Office 365 suite to be installed. This means that your email account can be accessed from anywhere, using

any device that has a browser. (Smartphones, Computers, Laptops etc)

Steps for first time log in:

Outlook can be accessed in a couple of ways. One, is through the Okta web extension, which is the blue circle in the top right corner of Google Chrome. Once you've clicked on Okta, click on the 'Microsoft Office 365 Mail' link, as shown below:

You'll now be presented with a login screen like below, which will ask you to input your Pedders email address and password. Click 'Sign in', and this will take you to your emails.

You'll now have a similar view to the below, every time you log into Webmail.

Additionally, you can access webmail via the links below.

1. Open your web browser and click on either of the following links: outlook.office365.com OR http://webmail.pedders.com.au/

You'll then be presented with the below screen.

2. Log in with your provided email and password.

You should now be able to view your emails.
