How to update or create your Outlook Signature


In Outlook click FILE:


Options:


 

Then Mail on the LHS and Signatures on the right


 

Choose the correct signature to edit:


Type or paste into the lower section of the pop up box above to replace words or images.

 

 

 

Alternate option

Open a new email, select Insert from the ribbon, click the Signature drop down button, and select signatures


 

Select the signature you want to edit or create a new one.
