How to update the customer email address in POS after an initial booking was made in Workshop iQ
Updating the email address in Workshop iQ won't work for POS. The quickest way to do it in POS is as below.
1. In POS, click on the "Customer Search" button on the lower left corner of the screen.
2. Type in the customer code and enter.
3. Pick up a contact and hit "Select" button.
4. Click on the "Customer Enq / Trans" button on the bottom line, then click on "Update Details" button.
5. It'll pop up the customer details screen, and we can update the information in there.
