Instructions on how to change between Teams Room and BenQ InstaShow in the Boardroom

As of April 2023 there are 2 AV options in the Letcon drive boardroom:

Option 1 - BenQ InstaShow - use the HDMI/USB dongles to display your connected device directly to channel 2 on the Amplifier connected to the Projector

Option 2 - Microsoft Teams Room - Join the teams meeting or start a teams meeting from the local Teams Room controller in the boardroom - select channel 1 on the Amplifier connected to the Projector

A - Switching between BenQ & Teams Room

 

The Yamaha AMP controls which input device is connected to the projector.

To change the input device, use the highlighted input buttons on the amp or the remote control

B - Adjusting the camera for Zoom Level

  1. If the camera is angled too far to one side, too high, too low, this can be adjusted with the AVer remote control. 
  2. Use the direction buttons at the top of the remote to adjust the camera
