OKTA Verify

OKTA Verify (MFA) set up

Pedders iQ (ie. Pronto Xi) may require additional authentication to log in using the OKTA Verify phone app. Follow these steps to set up an Authenticator using OKTA Verify:

1. On the browser open Pedders iQ (Pronto Xi). If an authenticator is required you'll see this screen, select Set Up

2. You will need to scan this QR code using the OKTA Verify phone app

3. On your mobile phone, open your app store and search for OKTA Verify. Select Install (or Open if used previously).


4. Click through the welcome screens

6. If asked to Add Account from Another Device, select Skip

7.  Select Scan a QR Code

8. Select OK to use the phone's camera to scan the QR code

9. Scan the QR code on the browser (you may need to log back in if the page has timed out).
10. Select Allow to allow for push notifications (this will allow the app to send your phone a notification only when logging into Pedders iQ)

Finally the browser should now log you into Pedders iQ.
