Parts IQ - Trade Customer Instructions.
Your local store or warehouse will carry out all that is required to get you onto Parts IQ, once you are on Parts IQ, you will easily be able to view, see your pricing, and order parts for your customer's cars, you can keep track of their status at Pedders from ordering to delivery.
To
activate your account and set a password, open
Parts IQ, select Forgot Password and fill in your supplied email address, and when
the Reset Password email arrives, select the link and create a new password,
you can now log into Parts IQ.
- Log into your Parts IQ by entering your email and password.
- Using the Vehicle Selector, enter a Rego, VIN or manually search for your vehicle using the Vehicle Selector tab, (If the Rego search is unsuccessful, use the Vehicle Selector tab)
- View the parts listings for the set vehicle and use the add button to place the items into your cart in readiness for placing the order with your store, Trade pricing can be seen by clicking on the dot in the Trade Price column, or when an item has been added.
Clicking on the dot shows the trade price.
Adding an Item shows the trade price.
- Click on the Cart to review your order, and add notes to your order to advise of any special requirements you may have for this order, items can also be removed from the order at this stage, any new items can be added from the vehicle parts listings page, click Request Order Now to send and place the order with your store,
- Your order can be reviewed by opening the job history page, all current orders will be visible, click on the order from the list to open and check the status of the order at any time.
