Parts IQ – Trade IQ Order Request - Store User Guide
Your local Trade Customer can now digitally order parts directly to your store or warehouse using Parts IQ, once you start receiving Order Requests, you will be notified of the Order, and easily be able to view each order from your Trade Customer as an Estimate, normal Estimate functionality is used for Order Requests.
Trade Order Requests will appear on your daily calendar Bookings page, they will show on the left of the screen under the Order Request Tab, a notification will also show in the notifications bell icon, Order Requests can be opened directly from the booking page and will continue to show until the Order has been completed, the oldest Order Request will beat the top of the list.
Trade Order Requests will also appear on the Estimates page with the status of Order Request.
Trade Order Requests are in an Estimate format where fitting and Service Items can be added to the order, the Order Request/Estimate can then be completed using Checkout to POS, or a Booking could also be created.
Your Trade Customer will be able to track the Order Request from their PartsIQ Job History page.
