Downloading and viewing PDFs from QR Codes on workshop tablets.
This process will allow you to download a PDF file to your tablet and view it in the installed PDF reader app.
- Open the QR Code reader app and scan the QR Code.
- Select Copy in the box that appears to copy the link to the file
- Open Google Chrome and paste the link to the file into a new tab
- Once you have pasted the link and pressed go, Chrome will automatically download the PDF to your tablet.
- Open the installed PDF reader on your tablet and select Local Files
- Pick your PDF and away you go.

Easy fix. Find a PDF in File Explorer. Right Click on the file Select Open With Select Choose another app In the window that appears after that, select Adobe Reader/Acrobat Make sure you tick the box at the bottom before hitting OK
