Processing Credits

There have been some instances of stores trying to process a trade account credit in Workshop IQ using a negative quantity, this is very bad practice.

ALL CREDITS must be processed in Point of Sale using the Refund button, if you are unsure about credits or any other system process, DO NOT guess, reach out and seek advice first please.

The refund button can also be use to process Merlin invoices
