This is caused by a user exceeding the maximum number of concurrent sessions in Pedders iQ. To resolve this, head to OKTA and log out completely, ensuring that all Pedders iQ tabs in Chrome are closed.

Log back into OKTA, selecting the ‘Pedders iQ’ tile and your sessions have now been reset, allowing you to successfully login.
