Starting a booked meeting from a Teams Room device

DO NOT UNPLUG ANY CABLES FROM THE TEAMS ROOM DEVICE. IF YOU NEED TO SHARE CONTENT JOIN THE MEETING FROM YOUR COMPUTER/LAPTOP
Ensure the projector is powered on and the screen is lowered.
If using the Training Room ensure the projector is on source: HDMI 1

When you are ready to start your meeting, go to the Teams Room device, find your meeting, and press Join to start your meeting.


If you intend to share any content join the meeting from your computer/laptop
Once you have joined you can share content as you would in any teams meeting.







When your meeting is finished, press the red hangup button.


Note that you can also join a Zoom or WebEx session from the Teams Room console device, but the room must be added as an attendee of that meeting
