Starting an Ad Hoc meeting from the Teams Room device

1. Touch the “New meeting’ button


2. Enter your attendee or attendees
Invite yourself if you need to share content







3. Press the invite button to start the meeting


4. Once the meeting has finished, press the red hang up button
