How to Unlock a Purchase Order

A purchase order may lock on occasion, this can be caused by several things but predominately is from a Purchase Order process being interrupted during the Entering, Goods Receiving, and or Updating processes.

From Pedders IQ, go to Purchase Orders > File Maintenance / Reorder > Release Update Lock

1. Save as a favourite, 

2. highlight the locked Purchase Order, 

​3. Release the Lock

The Purchase order will now be able to be completed.
