If the LED light at the top right of the phone handset is flashing then you may have a voicemail message OR it might be a call back request from another store:
With the handset still on the phone, press the VOICEMAIL button and if the screen shows 'Call me Back' and a 4 digit extension then the flashing LED light on the phone is the callback request. Press the button marked 'CALL' underneath the screen and type in your 4 digit PIN code and the phone will automatically call the number back for you.
OTHERWISE If the screen does NOT show 'Call me Back' then it is a voicemail alert.
To listen to the voicemail, please press the VOICEMAIL button on the handset
and you will be prompted to type in the PIN code.
By default the PIN code is the extension of your handset (the extension number is the 4 digit number in the top left of the telephone screen) OR it might be '1111'
If these do not work then please contact I.T. Support and we will ask to have it reset.
Follow the prompts to listen to the voicemail message and press the following number keys to select what you want to do:
7 - Play voicemail message
3 - Delete voicemail message
5 - Save voicemail message
If this is the first time you've accessed your voicemail you may need to record a voicemail message, in which case follow the prompts and press the following number key to select what you want to do:
8 - User Options
7 - change PIN
6 - change Name
4 - change recorded greeting
