If you access a voicemail box via this method the voicemail box will be empty



dial 500
enter the extension required then # (see list below)
enter the voicemail pin 147899 then #
follow prompts to listen to / manages messages

After Hours VM - ***23
Business Hours Retail VM - ***21
Business Hours Trade VM - ***22

Voicemail for any of the desk phones or cordless phones can be access as well, just enter the extension number of that phone in the same manner.
