Having your OKTA password reset
If you cant remember your OKTA password or your self reset questions, IT can reset your password and give you a temporary password.
You will be prompted to set a new password when you next log in.
The "Old password" will be the password that the IT Team gave you as your temporary password.
The "New password" and "Repeat password" are the password you create to be your new password.
The new password must meet the requirements listed above or it will not be accepted.
