The way you process Toyota Fleet Management Repair Authorisations will change in November 2025.

We’re reaching out to inform you about some exciting developments and anticipated changes to how you will interact with Toyota Fleet Management’s Service Department in the near future.
Toyota Fleet Management is currently working with AutoGuru Australia Pty Limited to finalise a transition so that from November 2025 (date to be confirmed), Toyota Fleet Management Authorisations will be processed online via AutoGuru’s Platform.

This change is designed to enhance efficiency in the approval and payment process for all stakeholders.

How do I get set up?
Your store should already be setup with Autoguru via the Pedders Support Office parent / child National account. If you don’t have access please email fleet@pedders.com.au and we will liaise with Autoguru to gain you access.
Already a member of AutoGuru?
Great! From a date to be confirmed in November 2025, you’ll process all Toyota Fleet Management Authorisations the same way you process other fleet jobs in the AutoGuru Supplier Platform, as detailed in the AutoGuru Fleet Job Processing Guide.
What about Pedders existing agreement with Toyota Fleet Management?
Your existing agreement with Toyota Fleet Management will remain valid, except that all approvals, authorisations, invoicing and payments will be managed and facilitated through the AutoGuru Platform.
