Workshop IQ Price Level Field – Accounts Receivable Debtor Set Up

To enable the functionality in Workshop IQ for the Price Level field drop downs, a new AR Customer record has to be created for each individual price level to read from.

Note: if a ZPZ or Labour-type item code does not have pricing levels set up against it, the price level will not change. (For example, if 4WA only has RRP pricing, the price level function will not work.) see this article for service item labour codes pricing https://support.pedders.com.au/portal/en-gb/kb/articles/franchise-z-type-pricing-procedure-24-1-2023
