Workshop iQ - Updates 8-11-21


Below is what has been loaded into all live datasets, there have been several fixes that have also been fixed in the BSSC Summary including Labour, parts, and other reported issues. 


  1. Make-Model-Year function, now has Series lookup in Workshop and Parts IQ – this will continue to be developed.




  1. Updated PZ Description Override – easily override the description with the edit pen, 



  1. Send EJC customer details onto sales order - Capture address details in the customer pop up modal and send with SO for it to show on the sales order



         



  1. Rack and Pinion Deposits – new functionality picks up when a deposit is required 


 


  1. Add store email to customer report pages
  2. Improved responsiveness for shared reports 
  3. Set Website Setting time zone based on user selected store (WA reported issue)
  4. Family name and first name - incorrect column headers
  5. Validate user input fields - Ensure that any and all fields that a user can enter are validated before submit, We haven't added restrictions to any fields that are 'text' type


  1. Narrow down search when searching for Pedders Item Codes or Z Type Item Codes



  1. Don’t display item codes in BSSC summary Service Items- previously appeared with the description



  1. Display 30 products in the select part modal


  1. Display trade pricing for service items for L01 and Franchise datasets






  1. Warranty details – Comes in as sales order line notes in the body of the sales order 


  1. Toolkit drawer – a place to allow additional information but for now it will display alternative parts, stock drawer and notes. We can add more items in the future.


  


  1. Phone Number automatically in CRM Account Contact form

  2. Update CRM details 
  3. CI Round 1 – Display payments (invoice payments) made from POS on an ongoing order in WIQ
  4. CI Round 1 - Allow upload of videos on BSSC
  5. CI Round 1 – WIQ/PIQ Part should display in all their categories Location
  6. CI Round 1 - Vehicle selector in parts IQ to keep mmyv details after search
  7. CI Round 1 - Remove vehicle details for the fitment notes in Parts IQ when showing fitment notes
