Rego in Workshop iQ not defaulting to correct state
First, ensure you click 'Allow' when Workshop iQ asks to know your location, as per below:
Alternatively, you can check to see whether you are providing workshop iQ with your correct location by ensuring this icon does not have a red cross against it. If it does, click on it and select allow:
Click this icon at the top right of your chrome window:
Ensure that 'always allow' is selected, and hit OK.
Now the icon should look like this:
Now, rego lookups in Workshop iQ should default to your state.
