Once the files are released to load you will get an email as below, showing that the files are saved in the SharePoint directory for you to upload.
PS. These assume that all MDM data have been replicated to franchisee dataset prior to uploads, and Warehouse, Territory & Rep codes setup.
All CSV files should be down loaded to local drive, C:\tmp
Debtor Trial Balance
Save CSV to C:\tmp
Open Data Conversion Macro Excel saved in below location
Process Debtors
Check file - Column A should populate
Save file to C drive tmp
Upload file
Load single & go to Enq customer account,
If all good, loads all
Extract to excel, check the total if matches with Chris’s, ie. Convert to number column to get the total
Go to Cogons Reporting Portal
Administration -> AR02 -> change batch -> Run in xlsx
