Min Max Maintenance - Merlin to Pronto

This  is the process for Franchise stores using Merlins Cobalt ERP to update their Min/Max’s in readiness for Go-Live on Pedders iQ.

1.    In Cobalt Create a Stock Level Report for a Product Group


2.    Include Reserved Stock on hand


3.    Enter the Product Group parameters

·         Product Group

·         Positive stock on hand

·         Summary Report


4.    Record the first and last Pedders part Numbers in the report, and close the report,



5.    Go to Parts > Bulk Min/Max Update > Bulk Load


6.    Enter the Product Group Parameters (i.e. SHOCKS)

·         First and Last Part Number of the product group

·         Product Group


7.    With the Min/Max Screen open, adjust Stock on Hand with no Minimum or Maximum value

Once all Min/Max’s have been completed for the product group, Select Bulk Update from the bottom of the screen to save changes.


Repeat Min/Max Maintenance for all other Product Groups.
