Workshop Tablet TeamViewer QuickSupport

This document can only be used once the “One time config to allow TeamViewer connections to android tablets” document has been completed, click HERE to go to that document.

  1. Launch QuickSupport from Kiosk Mode


  1. When the ID appears, give it to the IT Support staff member
  2. A prompt to “Allow remote support” will appear, select “ALLOW”

  1. A prompt to “Start recording or casting with QuickSupport” will appear, select “Start now”


  1. The QuickSupport app will now minimize, and the remote-control session is now active.
