8x8 Voice Mobile App - iOS

8x8 Mobile App (iOS)


  1. Open the app store and search for 8x8 and select and install 8x8 Work


  1. Open the app once installed, launch it and select Login

  1. Enter the email address your okta account is set up with (8x8 uses okta for authentication)


  1. When you get to this screen, select “Login with Organization”

 







  1. You will be redirected to Okta to authenticate, log in with your normal Okta username & password.

        


  1. Once Okta has authenticated you are now able to make calls from your desk phone number via your mobile.


NOTE : Once you have authenticated you will not need to authenticate again.
