Pedders Perks Activation Instructions final


Activating Pedders Perks – Browser

  1. Log into a desktop computer with your personal Pedders login details, not the store login.
  2. Check your Pedders email to locate the Pedders Perks Activation email. Subject line: Welcome to Pedders Perks – activate your account. 

  1. Click the green Activate your account button to activate your account and then click login. 

  1. Login via Okta with your Pedders credentials (if prompted to do so). 


  1. You are now logged into the Pedders Perks Platform. 
  2. Click the Getting Started tab and watch the short video on how to use the platform. Then you are ready to start saving! 




Downloading the App

  1. Download the Engage (SmartSpending) app for either android or apple store. 

  1. Launch the app and enter your Personal Pedders email address 
  2. On your desktop, check your Pedders email to locate Verification Code email. Subject line: XXXXXX is your Verification Code. 
  3. Returning to the app, enter your verification code into the ‘Enter Magic Code’ field. 
  4. Set a pin number (note: this will be your password for future logins on the app). 
  5. Start Saving! 

Note: In the event you forget your pin number, you will need to follow these directions again to receive a new Verification code from your personal Pedders email address. 

Tech Support – If you get stuck, during work hours please raise a support ticket in the Pedders Support Portal and our IT team will respond to you promptly. After hours support is available via the online chat on the app or web browser.
