A bug has been picked up with a recent update to Adobe Reader.

This bug changes the "Comments & Forms" option to "Form fields only"

Most documents do not have fields to complete so the document will display and print blank

Changing the "Comments & Forms" option back to the correct default value "Document and Markups" will allow the document to print correctly.

According to Adobe, once a setting has been used to print a document, it will persist for the next print job unless changed manually.
