Invoices, Pick Slips and other will not print!

Invoices, Pick Slips and other will not print!

Pronto has discovered a printing (or lack of!) issue where Pedders folks have correctly printed but your job has not actually been printed. The issue is at the back end – you are doing nothing wrong!! 

Please follow the instructions below to resolve if you have this issue:  

  1. Click F5 on your top function keys – this will take you to the Report Manager:

 

  1. Enter through – this will bring up a List of your un-printed jobs

 

  1. Select TAG ALL 

 

  1. Select OTHER and select your printer to print them

 

 Options:

  • If you wish to email them out select email_out
  • If you wish to email to yourself select email2me
  • If you wish to physically print select your preferred printer – for most warehouses it will be the printer ending in prnt1
