Secure Print Client Post Install Configuration

Once the secure print client has been installed on your computer, you will need to reboot your computer.

Once you have logged back in after the reboot, you need to log into the client.

Open the system tray, click on the secure print client and select login

        


At the login page, click “Login Microsoft Entra ID” and select your account

Once your authentication has been completed you will see the below and you can close the browser window.

            

The Secure Print queue is automatically created by the client and set as default.

Once the install and authentication is complete, send a print job to the new print queue “Pedders SO Secure Print”

After sending your first print job you will receive 2 emails from no-reply@ysoft.cloud

One email will have your Secure Print PIN – this is a backup option in case you forget your FOB.

The other email will have a one-time password which is used to register your FOB.




Registering your FOB

Requirements

  • one-time password that was emailed to you 
  • your FOB


  1. Tap your FOB on the printers integrated card reader


  1. Enter your username (everything BEFORE the @ symbol in your Pedders email address)
  2. Enter the one-time password in the password field

  1. Once completed you will be taken to the logged in menu.
