EFTPOS stalled halfway through the transaction?
If your EFTPOS stalls halfway through a transaction, this means the payment has not been taken and the sales order goes back to "being entered" status,
The fix is to go to sales order management and change the status to 30 - print picking slip, this puts the sales order back to POS, then use the Resume button and then picking slip, the sale can then be completed.
