Logging into a store tablet using Chrome Browser – for Image and Video functionality
To easily use the camera and video functions in Workshop IQ, a technician needs to log in to their OKTA Account on the tablet using the Chrome Browser, logging in through the OKTA app still enables the user to take images and video, however the images are accessed via the file explorer.
1. From the tablet Kiosk, select the chrome browser app.
2. Use the OKTA blue circle to open the OKTA App and enter your log in details,
NOTE - If the OKTA circle is not visible, enter pedders.okta.com into the browser search field.
And select Workshop IQ Live from your tile selection.
