Outlook: Remove Original Message when replying to an email

  1.  Select the File Menu
  2. Select Options
  3. Select Mail
  4. Scroll down to Replies and forwards
  5. Select the down arrow next to “When replying to a message”
  6. Select Do not include original message
  7. Select OK
