Sending a delayed or scheduled email in Outlook

While composing a message, select the ‘Options’ ribbon as shown below.

Next, select the ‘Delay Delivery’ option. A new window will appear once clicked.

Ensure the ‘Do not Deliver before’ checkbox has been ticked, and then select the date and time you wish the message to be sent
