Pronto Xi - unable to print save or export reports

Pronto Xi - unable to print save or export reports

Looks like Local Agent is not running causing the report to open within the web browser.

 

 

 

 

What you can do, do a browser connection test.


 

 

 


 
Do another agent test, make sure you get the below. Then close the browser; open browser logon and see how it goes.
