Using the HUMM Button in Point of Sale

Using the HUMM Button in Point of Sale please follow the procedure below - screen shots are at the bottom of the screen to assist further:


Option A:    NEW HUMM CUSTOMER - NEW APPLICATION REQUIRED – DEPOSIT REQUIRED:

  1.  Push the booking from Workshop IQ to Point Of Sale
  2. Using Notes, add the contract number to the sale
  3. If the customer has to pay a deposit, select the tender type, i.e. Cash EFT etc,
  4. Adjust the tender amount, @20% and take the payment (can be more that 20%)
  5. Now select the HUMM button, and enter the required contract information, the tender amount will now be the balance of the total
The next 2 steps are for PEDDERS COMPANY STORES ONLY:
  1. Print two copies, one for the owner, and one for head office, (make sure it has the contract number on it)
  2. Send a copy to head office


Option B:    VIP CUSTOMER – NEW APPLICATION  REQUIRED - NO DEPOSIT REQUIRED

 

  1. Push the booking from Workshop IQ to Point Of Sale
  2. Using Notes, add the contract number to the sale
  3. With no deposit required, select the HUMM button, and enter the required contract information
The next 2 steps are for PEDDERS COMPANY STORES ONLY:
  1. Print two copies, one for the owner, and one for head office, ( make sure it has the contract number on it )
  2. Send a copy to head office
