Access Viva Engage from your computer

You can access Viva Engage via:

  1. Pedders intranet
  2. Microsoft Teams
  3. Okta.

From Pedders Intranet

  1. Select the app launcher in the upper-left corner of your screen The app launcher icon in Office 365 
  2. Select Engage

Can't find the app you're looking for? 
From the app launcher, select All apps to see an alphabetical list of the Microsoft 365 apps available to you. From there, you can search for a specific app.


Install and Pin the Viva Engage app in Teams 

  1. On the web or on a desktop, open Teams.
  2. In Teams left pane, select Apps.
  3. Find and select Viva Engage, and then select Add.
  4. In Teams left pane, select the More icon.
  5. Right-click Viva Engage, then select Pin to keep it always visible.


From Okta (browser extension):

  1. In your web browser, go to the Okta extension.

  1. Scroll down and click Microsoft Office 365 Yammer
