Email Forwarding rules for POs/Returns/Credits emails generated by Pronto

The following email rules can be created to forward emails to your store, if they are being received to your personal Pedders email address:

1. It is best practice to create these rules from Outlook on your web browser, found by clicking here: https://outlook.office.com. Sign in using your personal Pedders email and password.

You may automatically be signed in as your Pedders store account, click your store name on the top right and select Sign in with a different account


2.  Open the settings menu by clicking the cog wheel -> Mail -> Rules -> Add New Rule



3. Create the rules using the template below. This is an example of a purchase order.

PURCHASE ORDER - Can be replaced with CREDIT NOTE or other terms found in the subject line of the emails you require forwarding.

Your Company Name - Use the company name as it's shown in the subject line of an existing Purchase/Return/Credit email that's been generated to your email.
4. Select Save. Generate an email to test, and confirm it's been sent to your personal email, and forwarded to your store email shortly after.
