WIQ Fitting Item Templates 


All Shocks & Springs

Supply and fit all shocks and springs, remove old suspension components, install new shocks and springs front and rear, torque bolts to manufacturer specifications, check and adjust ride height, and road test to ensure optimal handling and ride comfort.

Bleed Brakes

Bleed brakes by removing air from the brake lines using a pressure or vacuum method, start from the furthest wheel from the master cylinder, check brake fluid levels, ensure firm pedal feel, and test brakes for proper function.

Coil Over kit

Supply and fit coil over kit, remove existing suspension components, install new coil overs, adjust ride height and damping settings as required, torque all bolts to manufacturer specifications, and road test to ensure proper handling and ride quality.

Diff Bushes

Supply and fit new rear differential bushes, remove old bushes, clean and inspect housing, press in new bushes to manufacturer specifications, reassemble components, torque bolts to spec, and road test to confirm noise and vibration reduction.

Four Wheel Alignment

Perform four-wheel alignment, adjust toe, camber, and caster on all wheels to manufacturer specifications, inspect suspension and steering components, ensure even tyre wear, and road test vehicle to confirm optimal handling and stability.

Front & Rear Shocks/Struts

Supply and fit front and rear shocks/struts, remove old units, install new shocks and struts to manufacturer specifications, torque all bolts, inspect suspension components, and road test to ensure improved handling and ride comfort.

Front Brakes

Supply and fit new front brake pads and rotors, remove old components, clean and inspect calipers, install new parts to manufacturer specifications, check brake fluid, road test vehicle to ensure proper braking performance.

Front Wheel Alignment

Perform front wheel alignment, adjust toe, camber, and caster to manufacturer specifications, inspect steering and suspension components, ensure even tyre wear, and road test vehicle to confirm proper handling and straight tracking.

GVM Upgrade

Supply and fit GVM upgrade kit, replace suspension components as specified, torque to manufacturer requirements, perform wheel alignment, update compliance plate, and road test to ensure handling and load capacity meet certified standards.

Rear Air Bags

Supply and fit rear airbag kit, remove old suspension components as needed, install airbags, connect air lines, test for proper inflation and deflation, torque fittings to spec, and road test to ensure improved load support and ride comfort.

Rear Brakes

Supply and fit new rear brake pads and rotors, remove old components, clean and inspect calipers, install new parts to manufacturer specifications, check brake fluid, road test vehicle to confirm safe and effective braking performance.

Rear Coil Spring upgrade

Supply and fit rear coil spring upgrade, remove old coil springs, install new springs to manufacturer specs, check and adjust ride height, torque all bolts, and road test to ensure improved load capacity and ride comfort.

Rear Leaf Spring Upgrade

Supply and fit rear leaf spring upgrade, remove old leaf springs, install new springs with all required hardware, torque bolts to manufacturer specifications, check ride height, and road test to ensure improved load capacity and vehicle stability.

Shim Alignment

Perform shim alignment, insert and adjust shims between suspension components as needed to correct camber and caster angles, torque bolts to manufacturer specifications, and road test to verify proper wheel alignment and handling.

Steering Angle Sensor Calibration

Perform steering angle sensor calibration using diagnostic equipment, follow vehicle-specific procedures to reset sensor after alignment or repairs, verify sensor accuracy, test drive to ensure proper electronic stability control and steering performance.

Tow Bar Installation

Supply and fit tow bar, remove necessary trim panels, position and secure tow bar to manufacturer specifications, install wiring harness, test electrical connections, refit trim, and road test to confirm safe towing functionality.

Wheel & Tyre Rotation

Perform wheel rotation by moving the wheels/tyres to the specified positions (front to rear or left to right). Check the tyre condition and pressure and ensure even tire wear for improved performance and longevity.
