Okta Verify mobile setup

  1. On your mobile device, download the Okta Verify mobile App.    
  2. Open your okta dashboard on your computer
  1. Click on your name in the top right corner and select settings
  2. Select Set up for Okta Verify
  3. Select Set up in the Set up security methods window.

  1. Open Okta verify on your mobile device and select the + symbol in the top right corner.
  2. Select Organization as the account type
  3. Select Skip if asked to add account from another device
  4. Select Yes, Ready to Scan when asked if you have your QR Code
  5. Scan the QR code on your computer screen to add your account to the app
  6. IT is recommended to enable biometrics (face-id or fingerprint) to keep the app secure
  7. Select skip if asked if you want to set as default account for okta fastpass.
  8. Select Done
